I heard on the radio the other day that the number one hobby people have started picking up during quarantine is baking and/or cooking! I LOVE it! I was an avid cook AND baker before quarantine and things have not slowed down. Since I’ve been trying to use up all the random things I have accumulated I’ve noticed I’m getting a win-win-win; I’m using stuff up so my pantry and stockpile are cleaner, I’m getting to experiment with fun recipes that I normally would put in the “make later” pile and we’ve been eating REALLY well.

For the love of all that is sweet and holy. I have never been let down by one of these recipes. They’re all incredibly impressive, tasty and totally worth the effort. Must makes: Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake and Candy Corn Cookie Cake (I make this EVERY Halloween…and sometimes just because I want it 😉 .
Talk about some flavor! I struggle with finding recipes that are spiced just right, but Damn Delicious has it down! The Thai Chicken Thighs recipe is my current favorite grilling recipe and the Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil is a HUGE family favorite.
Every time I see a recipe on Pinterest and it takes me to Carlsbad Cravings I know for sure that the recipe will not disappoint. I have NEVER had such great luck with recipes like I have had with these. Top favorites are Cranberry Eggnog Cheesecake and Berry Spinach Salad.

So there’s this broccoli salad recipe that I LOVE. Like love to the point that I will eat it right out of the bowl during a midnight trip to the fridge. I literally make it two or three times a month and it’s all made possible by The Recipe Critic. Second place goes to Very Berry Cheesecake Salad. Oh, my.
